Incorporating feedback from Tour players, the FT-i Tour Low Center of Gravity (LCG) golf drivers are not only a mouthful to say but promote a trajectory which is preferred by more skilled players.
The 460 cc square clubhead positions the weight to the sides of the club to increase its moment of inertia, making it even more forgiving. The low center of gravity promotes less spin and higher flight for longer, straighter drives.
The clubhead utilizes a modified version of VFT Technology which enables the clubface to be thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges. This increases the amount of energy at impact which is imparted to the ball and forgiveness right across the face.
The OptiFit Weight systems allows the golfer to choose the bias of their club from either “draw” (to reduce a slice/fade, or promote a draw) or “neutral”.
The shaft is a Matrix OZIK X-Con and comes as either Stiff or X-Stiff. The lofts are 8.5 or 9.5 degrees.
